Canada's Aluminum Exports To Us Rise In January

According to reports from the US Geological Survey, Canada exported a total of around 220,000 tons of aluminum, including scrap, to the US in January 2020, rising by 32.53% compared to the same month a year ago, while dropping by 19.71% from the previous month.

During the same period, Canada's exports of aluminum semi-finished products to the US, such as aluminium foil plates, sheets, bars, and so on, amounted to approximately 255 tons and those of scrap were around 6,200 tons, sliding by 98.32% and 80.53% year on year respectively.
